Both partners complete our secure online application. We'll need basic information about your relationship, contact details, and preferred coverage options.

Photo ID for both partners
Proof of relationship (shared lease, marriage certificate, joint account, etc.)
Digital signatures from both parties

Select Coverage Plan

Choose the coverage plan that best suits your needs. Our plans range from $10,000 to $50,000 in protection with various benefits depending on your selection.

Coverage Options Include:

Financial compensation for infidelity
Evidence verification services
Optional investigation assistance
Couples therapy coverage (Premium plans)

Payment & Policy Activation

After selecting your plan, you'll set up payment. Premiums can be paid monthly or annually, with a 10% discount for annual payments. Both partners can split the cost or one partner can cover the full premium.

Policy activates after a 30-day waiting period
Both partners receive digital policy documents
Access to your secure online account portal

Filing a Claim

In the unfortunate event of infidelity, the affected partner can file a claim through our secure portal. Our team handles all claims with discretion and sensitivity.

Claim Process:

Submit evidence through our secure claim portal
Evidence is reviewed by our verification team within 72 hours
Upon approval, payment is issued within 7 business days
All information is handled with strict confidentiality

Acceptable Evidence Types

Text Messages

Text messages, DMs, or chat records that clearly demonstrate romantic or sexual involvement with another person.

Email Correspondence

Email exchanges with explicit content or arrangements for romantic/sexual meetings.

Photos & Videos

Photographic or video evidence showing your partner with another person in a romantic or intimate setting.

Witness Statements

Signed statements from witnesses who observed your partner engaging in infidelity.

Financial Records

Receipts, hotel bookings, or gift purchases that clearly indicate infidelity.

Investigation Results

Results from our partner investigators (available with Premium and Ultimate plans).
